Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, design, and implement solutions using Oracle eBusiness Suite HRMS and Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Provide techno-functional leadership in areas like Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Self-Service, Performance Management, Learning Management, and Talent Management.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications, configuring HRMS modules in Oracle EBS and other HR Business Applications as per business needs.
- Provide guidance on HR policies and practices, ensuring alignment with system capabilities.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful design and execution of system integrations and customizations, performing system testing, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing solutions for efficiency.
- Act as a key point of contact for the technical team, providing support and guidance in system design, data migration, and reporting.
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment on business objectives, project timelines, and deliverables.
- Conduct workshops, meetings, and training sessions with stakeholders, including senior management.
- Regularly communicate project progress, risks, and issues to internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead problem-solving efforts related to complex HRMS issues and provide timely solutions, managing critical incidents and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve root causes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the HRMS and Fusion HCM ecosystem.
- Support post-implementation activities, including user training, documentation, and system optimization.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects and alignment with business objectives.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants and team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Fluent in English (other languages an advantage).
- 10-12 years of Oracle EBS HR techno-functional experience with multiple implementations and support functions.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working in airline operations is desirable.
- Strong understanding of Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and other reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher), OAF, ADF, Workflow Builder.
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM integration patterns, middleware tools, and APIs.
- Experience in Oracle EBS R12 HRMS architecture, customizations, and extensions. APEX knowledge is preferred.
- Oracle Cloud HCM certifications or relevant Oracle certifications.
- Scrum Certifications are a plus.

Requirements:
- Read and comply with the ISR policies of the Company and report any weaknesses or incidents to the respective Line Manager or Information Security team.
- Complete all required ISR awareness sessions and follow associated guidelines in day-to-day business operations.
