Role Responsibilities
- Develop IT Solutions that meet customer requirements, ensuring designs are robust, appropriate, and of high quality.
- Ensure developed architecture/solution meets service level requirements in terms of availability, capacity, security, performance, and reliability.
- Collaborate with IT Technology teams to monitor relevant technology and manage incidents.
- Guide Project Managers in solution definition, technical design, and development of in-house developed solutions.
- Publish and maintain high-quality documentation for the technology area.
Requirements
- Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Computational Mathematics, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering.
- 5+ years working in a related IT Engineering position.
- Expertise in designing and managing scalable, resilient, and automated private cloud platforms.
- Proficiency in building API-driven self-service capabilities, automation frameworks, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline development and management for infrastructure automation.
- Strong understanding of security, compliance, and IT governance principles.
