As a Senior Technical Engineer, you will be responsible for developing IT solutions that meet customer requirements, ensuring high-quality designs that conform to corporate standards; collaborating with IT Technology teams to monitor technology performance and manage incidents effectively; creating and maintaining high-quality documentation and data catalogs for technology domains; managing end-of-life replacements of equipment and ensuring conformance to technical standards; and ensuring solutions align with architectural, security, and operational standards to minimize business impact.
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria: a Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) in Computer Science, Computational Mathematics, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering; 5+ years of experience in related IT engineering roles; expertise in network automation solutions, software-defined networking (SDN), and automation techniques using scripting and API-driven approaches; and knowledge in developing API-driven network automation workflows for improved operational efficiency.
