Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture, design, development, and deployment of enterprise applications using the .NET framework and .NET Core.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Utilize expertise in the airline domain, including systems like Passenger Service Systems (PSS), reservation, ticketing, and loyalty management, ensuring compliance with IATA standards for tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, define technical specifications, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance applications using C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and related technologies.
- Develop and optimize RESTful APIs, microservices, and serverless architectures.
- Identify opportunities for leveraging advanced .NET features, tools, and frameworks to enhance airline systems.
- Manage technical projects, including planning, execution, and risk management, to ensure on-time delivery.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including QA, DevOps, and product management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Communicate technical solutions effectively to non-technical stakeholders, managing expectations around project timelines and deliverables.
- Work on application modernization and cloud migration projects (e.g., Azure, AWS).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (3+ years).
- Fluent in English.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in .NET development, including ASP.NET, .NET Core, and C#.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
- Hands-on experience with Azure or other cloud platforms for deployment and monitoring of .NET applications.
- Proven ability to engage with business stakeholders, gather and analyze requirements, and provide tailored technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and business units.
- Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, React) is a plus.
- Extensive experience working with airline systems like PSS, reservation systems, fare filing, and inventory management.
- Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., MS SQL Server, MongoDB).
- Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, Git, and automated testing frameworks.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with airline-specific processes, loyalty programs, and integration with GDS systems.

ISR Requirements:
- Read and comply with the ISR policies of the Company and report any weaknesses or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team.
- Complete all required ISR awareness sessions and follow associated guidelines in day-to-day operations.
