We are seeking an exceptional Senior Technical Lead (.NET) to join our expanding engineering team. This unique role requires an experienced technical leader capable of architecting complex enterprise solutions, mentoring engineers, and driving critical technical decisions. Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-grade software solutions using .NET.
- Make key technical decisions and establish engineering best practices.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance distributed systems.
- Build modern cloud-native applications utilizing the latest .NET technologies.
- Develop microservices architectures, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and promote engineering excellence.
- Ensure software quality through Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, and automated testing.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
- Take ownership of complex technical projects from design to deployment.
- Drive engineering best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7+ years of software development experience.
- Expert-level proficiency in .NET 10 / C#.
- Extensive experience with ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, and SQL Server.
- Strong expertise in microservices architecture, REST APIs, distributed systems, and cloud-native application development.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Microsoft Azure, and/or AWS.
- In-depth understanding of Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, design patterns, domain-driven design (DDD), and automated testing practices.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams, mentor engineers, and drive complex architectural decisions.

Nice to Have:
- Experience with artificial intelligence (AI) solutions, SaaS products, and multi-tenant platforms.
- Familiarity with event-driven architecture and messaging technologies (Kafka, RabbitMQ).

- Microsoft Azure or AWS certifications would be an advantage.
