Raytheon is seeking a Senior Technical Manager to provide technical guidance and support for the Hawk and Patriot Sustainment Contract (HPSC) program. The primary focus will be on the Patriot Missile system, ensuring effective maintenance and direction. Location: Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia
Work Conditions:
- This is an onsite, full-time position based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, for a 2-year long-term international assignment, with additional compensation.
- Extensive travel within Saudi Arabia and the United States may be required.
- Employment is contingent upon meeting all medical requirements for overseas assignments, including a comprehensive post-offer medical examination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to the team, fixing faults and offering guidance for technical details.
- Manage a highly skilled team of Field Engineers and interface with the Royal Saudi Air Defense Force (RSADF) and other stakeholders.
- Responsible for program staffing, performance development, and mentoring.
- Lead the hiring and oversight of technical support personnel across multiple locations in Saudi Arabia.
- Advocate for process improvements and participate in program reviews and customer meetings.
Qualifications:
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with a minimum of 12+ years of experience.
- Experience with Patriot and Global Hawk programs, managing product non-conformances, and developing technical professionals in the field.
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required, along with U.S. citizenship.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Experience working in the Middle East.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Project.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Salary Range: $124,000 - $250,000 USD
