As a Senior Technical Manager, you will be responsible for leading integrated teams through all project phases, focusing on technical leadership, engineering management, design management, and infrastructure delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver annual business plan outcomes within deadlines and budgets.
- Lead and manage technical resources, providing direction and oversight across projects.
- Present management reviews and key performance indicators (KPIs) to project leadership teams.
- Support business development and delivery of technical training programs.
- Ensure compliance with management systems and project standards.
- Act as the primary contact for design-related matters and drive improvements in design management.
- Influence procurement strategies and collaborate with PMO teams for coordinated delivery.
- Promote technical excellence and support net zero carbon objectives.
Qualifications:
- Educated to degree level in Engineering, Environmental Science, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline (or equivalent).
- Extensive experience in technical leadership, engineering management, design management, or infrastructure delivery on major projects.
- Strong understanding of technical governance, assurance processes, risk management, and multidisciplinary project coordination.
