Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents.
  • Conduct technical and financial evaluation of contractor quotations.
  • Manage contractor payments, invoices, claims, and variation orders.
  • Prepare project cash flow forecasts and cost control reports.
  • Coordinate between consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Review shop drawings and ensure alignment with specifications.
  • Monitor project budgets and forecast financial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual and cost control procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Certification in contracts or cost management (preferred).

Experience

  • 8–12 years of experience in technical office, cost control, or quantity surveying roles.
  • Experience in commercial, residential, and villa projects preferred.

Knowledge

  • Strong knowledge of contracts, tendering, and cost control systems.
  • Familiarity with FIDIC and contractual frameworks.
  • Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and cost control software.
  • Strong analytical and financial evaluation skills.
  • Ability to interpret contractual clauses and commercial risks.
  • Strong coordination and negotiation skills.
