Senior Technical Pre-Sales Consultant

As a Senior Technical Pre-Sales Consultant, you will serve as the primary technical strategist, bridging the gap between complex business challenges and cutting-edge technology solutions. You will lead the design and architecture of integrated ecosystems that encompass Enterprise Infrastructure, Data/AI, Application Delivery, and Robust Cyber Security. Your goal is to act as a trusted advisor, delivering high-performance, scalable, and secure environments that drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Strategy & Hybrid Architecture: Architect end-to-end solutions that unify compute, storage, virtualization, and backup with a "Security-First" mindset.
• Technical Leadership & Consultation: Lead deep-dive discovery sessions to map customer workloads and business requirements against technical gaps in their current state.
• Cyber Security Integration: Ensure all infrastructure and application proposals align with industry security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
• Bid Management & Proposal Development: Lead technical responses for high-value RFPs/RFIs, ensuring the solution is commercially viable and technically superior.
• Collaboration & Knowledge Excellence: Act as the technical liaison between Sales, Professional Services, and Vendor Alliance partners to stay ahead of product roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Education:

  • Minimum: Degree in Computer Science
  • Desired: IT industry vendor certification

• Experience:

  • Minimum: 3 years
  • Desired: 5+ years
