As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you will support cross-functional engineering teams in successfully planning, executing, and delivering mission-critical projects. Collaborating with stakeholders across Engineering, Product, IT, Compliance, and Security, you will ensure alignment and visibility in projects spanning infrastructure, orchestration, compliance, and security.
This position demands both strategic systems thinking and meticulous attention to detail, employing a mix of Agile and waterfall methodologies. You will work in a hyper-transparent environment that values open dialogue and adaptability in the fast-evolving crypto industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end execution of complex, cross-functional technical projects.
- Build and manage project plans, roadmaps, dashboards, and release timelines.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage risks while solving problems.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Improve internal workflows through automation and enhanced reporting mechanisms.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar.
- 5+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager or Technical Project Manager within Infrastructure, Platforms, DevOps, or SRE teams.
- Strong technical acumen and experience in fintech environments.
- Proficient in Agile and waterfall methodologies.
- Experience with Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence) and other project management tools.
- Excellent communicator with a data-driven mindset and a curiosity to experiment and iterate.
Work Conditions:
- Fully remote position, considering candidates in EU and EST US/LATAM timezones.
Language Requirements:
- Fluency in English is required. Employees speak over 50 languages, accommodating a diverse global team.
