As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you will play a key role in supporting cross-functional engineering teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of mission-critical projects, ensuring alignment and visibility across stakeholders in Engineering, Product, IT, Compliance, and Security. This role requires a balance of strategic systems thinking and meticulous attention to detail, working on initiatives related to infrastructure, orchestration, compliance, security, databases, and internal tooling, utilizing both Agile and waterfall methodologies. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end execution of complex, cross-functional technical projects.
- Build and manage project plans, roadmaps, and release timelines.
- Identify dependencies and manage risks while facilitating meetings and planning sessions.
- Partner with Engineering Managers and Product Managers to align on project requirements and timelines.
- Improve internal workflows through enhanced reporting and automation.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager or Technical Project Manager in relevant fields (Infrastructure, Platforms, DevOps, SRE).
- Strong technical acumen, ideally in engineering, infrastructure, security, and networking within fintech.
- Proficient in Agile and waterfall methodologies, with strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with the Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence) and other project management tools.
Language Requirements: The work environment includes team members who speak over 50 languages, indicating a need for strong communication skills and potential language diversity in the team.
