Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Lead and manage multiple technical projects, developing comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals.
- Monitor project progress continuously and provide detailed scheduled reports on measurable items such as milestones and deliverables.
- Communicate proactively with involved personnel to offer encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
- Experience with risk management and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that financial objectives are met.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders by providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout project execution.
Educational & Technical Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or engineering degree in engineering or a related technical field.
- Proven development background in Emerging Technologies, particularly in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), Data Science, and Machine Learning (ML).
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years in Project Management.
- Maximum of 14 years of total professional experience.
Methodologies & Skills:
- Strong command of Agile and Kanban frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex tech projects.
- Familiarity with enterprise software development lifecycles and integration practices.
Communication & Language Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Capable of engaging stakeholders across both technical and executive domains.
