What You'll Do:
- Coordinate and manage technical projects within Engineering and Data Science teams, setting timelines, allocating resources, and ensuring achievements within budget and organizational parameters.
- Oversee the efficiency of executing technical operations.
- Lead the integration of best practices into the development lifecycle of products and applications, ensuring adherence to relevant standards.
- Oversee product compliance with industry regulations and conduct assessments to ensure quality and performance.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to implement technical solutions effectively across web applications and other digital assets.
- Manage relationships and communication with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
- Provide expert advice on technical issues and best practices to engineering and product teams.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with technical projects, ensuring proactive risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide regular updates, progress reports, and project status to relevant stakeholders, ensuring effective communication channels are established.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical roles, with prior leadership or management experience.
- Proven expertise in software development principles, project management, and familiarity with common technical challenges and solutions.
- Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies, with a track record of successfully leading complex technical initiatives.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in AI and machine learning technologies, data analytics, programming languages (such as Python, GoLang), and tools (such as SQL and Tableau).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical issues to a diverse audience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
