Senior Technical Project Manager - Growth

We are looking for a technically fluent, automation-first project manager to drive delivery across our Onboarding Platform team.

In this role, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional projects that include customer onboarding, identity verification, KYC/AML workflows, and compliance tooling. You will have the autonomy to build and maintain custom automations and integrations using the Atlassian REST API, and coordinate technical integrations with third-party KYC and sanctions screening providers.

Work Conditions:

• Fully remote position.
• Candidates will be considered from across the Americas (PST–EST–LATAM timezones).

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive project delivery for customer onboarding and compliance operations.
• Design and deploy multi-system workflow automations using tools like Jira and n8n.
• Maintain project plans, roadmaps, dashboards, and timelines while managing stakeholder communications.
• Develop AI-assisted workflows to optimize compliance operations.

Skills Required:

• Minimum of 6 years of Technical Project Management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Development background with experience in software or data engineering.
• Proficiency in Atlassian API or MCP scripting to build automations.
• Strong scripting skills in languages such as Python, JS, or bash.
• Experience with AI and process automation.

Language Requirements: Proficiency in English is required.
