Senior Technical Solution Architect

About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Solution Architect to lead the design of end-to-end technical solutions during the proposal and pre-sales stages. This role is critical in defining how the AI71 platform can be tailored to solve complex client challenges across enterprises and government organizations. As a core part of the commercial organization, the ideal candidate will collaborate closely with advisory, custom solutions, product, and engineering teams to develop scalable, secure, and integrated architectures that align with client requirements and product capabilities.

What You'll Do:

• Solution Architecture: Design holistic, fit-for-purpose technical solutions for client proposals, incorporating various components such as AI platform, AI agents, system integration, data ingestion, infrastructure sizing, and deployment models.
• Proposal Development: Provide technical content, architecture diagrams, and configuration plans in response to RFPs and commercial proposals.
• Client Engagement: Participate in client meetings and workshops to gather technical requirements, clarify solution design, and build confidence in AI71's technical approach.
• Integration Planning: Define integration strategies with internal and external systems (e.g., ERP, HRMS, CRM), identity management platforms, and communication channels (e.g., Teams, WhatsApp, web).
• Infrastructure Sizing: Estimate compute, storage, and throughput needs based on solution scope and deployment preferences (SaaS, on-premises, sovereign cloud).
• Internal Collaboration: Work closely with advisory, custom solutions, product, and engineering teams to validate feasibility, identify risks, and estimate delivery effort.
• Reusable Assets: Lead and maintain a library of architecture templates, deployment patterns, and reference solutions.

What You'll Bring:

• Experience: 10+ years in technical solution architecture and pre-sales engineering within SaaS, digital transformation, or AI platforms.
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• AI & Data Understanding: Comfort with large language models (LLMs), natural language processing, and data pipeline design is highly desirable.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (e.g., Azure, AWS), APIs, microservices, identity and access management, and secure system design.
• Client Orientation: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with business and technical stakeholders, understand needs, and explain solutions.
• Documentation: Ability to produce clear technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and client-ready proposal content under tight timelines.
• Problem Solving: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and applying structured thinking to define solutions in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
