About the Role
The role holder is responsible for supporting the sales process for new equipment products across the company in Saudi Arabia. This includes liaising with other teams and external suppliers to gather technical and commercial data for tender responses. The role holder will carry out duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
- Review tender documents
- Coordinate for collections of documents to submit to clients
- Prepare compliance, RFI, ELOG, and quotations
- Support for costing and estimation
- Prepare contract forms and obtain approval from FOD for booking
- Support in preparing the documents for booking
- Pre-qualification preparation
- Material Submittal preparation
- Create records in CRM/ELOG for new inquiries
- Update flash/booking forecasts
- Provide all other work-related support needed by the MP sales manager
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Sales or equivalent
- Relevant certification such as Certified Sales Associate (CSA) or equivalent is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in sales operations within a construction/engineering organization
- At least 2 years in positions of progressively increasing responsibilities
- Fluent written and spoken English; Arabic preferred
