As a Senior Technical Trainer, you will translate complex technical concepts into intuitive, learner-centric training programs, leveraging strong instructional design expertise alongside exceptional presentation and facilitation skills. You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure that learning content remains accurate, scalable, and aligned with evolving product capabilities while driving technical enablement across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Functional Responsibilities:
- Design and develop comprehensive technical training programs for internal teams, customers, implementation partners, and stakeholders.
- Build structured learning paths covering the company's products, AI solutions, platform capabilities, integrations, APIs, deployment workflows, troubleshooting, and best practices.
- Produce high-quality technical documentation including user guides, implementation guides, FAQs, and learning resources.
Training Delivery:
- Deliver engaging training sessions and facilitate workshops, product demonstrations, onboarding sessions, and certification programs.
- Evaluate learner progress through assessments and feedback mechanisms.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Delivery, and Customer Success teams to ensure learning materials accurately reflect product capabilities.
Continuous Improvement:
- Measure training effectiveness and identify opportunities to improve learning methodologies and delivery formats.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Education, or a related discipline.
- 7-10 years of experience in technical training and instructional design within software, AI, data analytics, or cloud environments.
- Strong understanding of software development concepts and experience with AI and machine learning solutions.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
Preferred:
- Proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable, with the ability to deliver training material for Arabic-speaking audiences.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), e-learning tools, and presentation design tools.
