In this role, you will lead a team of Technicians, as directed by supervisors, to provide necessary support to operational teams. Your responsibilities will include carrying out scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance, servicing, fault finding, and repair of all equipment, vehicles, and plants maintained by various dnata Technical Services Workshops. This is to ensure functional reliability to meet the 24-hour requirements of operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan daily activities in your area of work to deliver assigned tasks and support Technicians and Junior Technicians as required.
- Ensure that details of spares/tools required for maintenance activities are provided to Supervisors/Maintenance Officer and/or Planning Staff in advance.
- Perform scheduled maintenance according to set standards, including manufacturer recommendations and safety standards.
- Train and develop the team of technicians on maintenance, fault finding, and safety procedures.
- Inspect equipment/vehicles daily for operational reliability and safety, planning for corrective maintenance to prevent accidents.
- Diagnose and repair faults/defects on equipment/vehicles under breakdown, minimizing downtime.
- Maintain good housekeeping in the workshop and work areas.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma (minimum 10 years of schooling) with a 2-year Trade Certificate in an engineering discipline.
- 4-6 years of experience in maintenance, specifically in Facilities/Auto/Electric Mechanics.
- Thorough knowledge and experience in the maintenance of mechanical, electrical, electronic, automobile, air-conditioning, and refrigeration systems of Ground Support Equipment or Heavy Vehicles.
- Effective communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- UAE Driving License or Home Country Driving License (not required in Cargo areas).
- Valid license for operating equipment (ADP) is not required in Cargo areas.
Language Requirements:
- Proficiency in English is required.
