Senior Technician - Video Focused

As a Senior Technician - Video Focused at the company, you will be responsible for training and supervising technicians and crew on video equipment operation and related tasks. Your main functions will include:

• Collaborating as part of a team on and off-site.
• Configuring video equipment at advanced levels and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the latest fixtures and technology.
• Leading by example and consistently delivering high performance.
• Interacting with clients in a professional and customer-oriented manner.
• Managing video projects and team operations in the absence of a Project Manager.
• Assisting Project Managers with project planning and video equipment specifications.
• Cleaning, testing, maintaining, prepping, and repairing video equipment prior to jobs.
• Monitoring and repairing video equipment during shows, including fault finding as necessary.
• Installing video equipment on-site unsupervised and following designated layouts.
• Rigging and de-rigging video equipment safely.
• Performing annual inventory of video equipment and adhering to health and safety regulations.
