As a Senior Technology Lead, you will manage, develop, and implement technology solutions for our clients, owning the full technology stack that supports our digital solutions. This critical role involves leading as both a manager and an active participant in defining requirements, shaping technical solutions, and ensuring quality during implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Assign and oversee daily tasks of a team of developers to deliver scalable and effective solutions.
- Clear blockers and act as an escalation point.
- Coach, mentor, and develop staff, including performance reviews and career development opportunities.
- Participate in proposal development, estimating, and client presentations to help win new business.
- Meet with clients to assess digital technology challenges and translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of digital technology solutions such as website builds and systems integration.
- Ensure continuous improvement in digital technology approaches while adhering to quality, accessibility, and security standards.
- Communicate project status, progress, and risks to the team.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition for recruitment and hiring needs.
- Participate in sprint planning meetings to align team objectives with timelines.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of hands-on development experience with digital content management systems, specifically Sitecore, and proficiency in one or more web programming languages (.Net, C#).
- 4 years of experience managing others.
- 3-5 years leading the design and implementation of digital technology solutions using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with CSS, HTML5, JavaScript, and front-end development frameworks in web and mobile environments.
- Familiarity with search platforms and analytics technologies such as Google, Adobe, or Coveo.
- Strong management and communication skills.
- Business development experience, including project scoping and presenting technical solutions to clients.
- Ability to analyze business goals and translate them into technical strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field preferred.

- Recent Sitecore and/or Microsoft certifications.
