Senior Technology Manager

Mace combines construction expertise with consultancy to unlock potential in every person or project and redefine the boundaries of ambition. This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia, which consists of a major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, arts, and all associated infrastructure. Mace is currently providing programme management and is looking for high-calibre, experienced individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and deliver robust Information Management (IM) strategies, standards, and processes across client-facing projects and programmes, ensuring alignment with international standards such as ISO 19650.
• Manage the assurance and quality control of all documents and artefacts within the project environment, maintaining data integrity and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Lead the training and coaching of project and programme teams to embed IM practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Develop and present tailored IM strategies and solutions to support bids, ensuring proposals are credible and scalable.
• Coordinate the implementation of the Common Data Environment (CDE) for secure and collaborative information exchange throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in managing multiple projects from initiation to closure.
• Previous experience within mega/large scale complex design and construction programs, preferably in the KSA/Middle East.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• In-depth knowledge of enterprise-level management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, Aconex).
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and deliver results.
