Education/Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer/Communications Engineering.
Minimum of 5 years experience in Telecom Systems support. Experience in financial institutions is a plus.
Professional training on the relevant systems.

Required Special Skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
Self-driven with well-developed leadership and team-building skills.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Administer, design, and support telecom and collaboration systems, including:
- IP Telephony systems
- PSTN / PRI / SIP telephony lines
- ADSL lines
- Voice recording systems
- Video conferencing systems
- Structured cabling (internal and external networks)
- Ensure high availability and optimal performance of telecom systems across all Group locations.
Handle efficiently & effectively the bank’s Telecom systems and services that extend to all users.
Maintain relationships with selected vendors for Telecom hardware & software for proper handling & support of telecom equipment/services.
Maintain effective relationships with all other related departments & units to achieve the Group’s goals & objectives in Telecom systems availability & monitoring.
