Key Responsibilities
- Lead execution of engine and component tests in line with defined procedures and objectives
- Coordinate test readiness, including setup, instrumentation, and system checks
- Supervise technicians and junior engineers during testing activities
- Ensure safe, efficient, and reliable test campaign execution
- Support development of test procedures, methodologies, and configurations
- Oversee data acquisition systems to ensure accurate and reliable data capture
- Analyze test data to identify trends, anomalies, and performance insights
- Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, and controls teams for test rig setup
- Enforce strict adherence to HSE standards during all testing activities
- Maintain accurate records of test setups, procedures, and results
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in testing, validation, or engineering operations
- Strong hands-on experience with engine testing, test rigs, or complex mechanical systems
- Solid understanding of data acquisition systems and instrumentation
- Proven ability to analyze technical data and produce detailed reports
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
