Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the system level requirements and translate them into measurable test cases.
- Work closely with system architects, waveform designers, software, and hardware teams to specify suitable test cases and verification procedures.
- Perform end-to-end tests on lab or field setups and generate status and test reports.
- Evaluate system performance, compliance compatibility, and troubleshoot operational issues.
- Characterize performance of RF and SDR system components.
- Identify, describe, and build hardware/software resources necessary for tests according to project needs.
Education and Minimum Qualifications:
- B.Eng or MS Degree in Electronic or System Engineering.
- More than 5 years of extensive experience and knowledge in test and measurements with focus on RF radio systems.
- Lab planning/budgeting, SW/HW integration, test case automation.
- Experience in the Defense sector is preferred.
Key Skills:
- Solid RF fundamental knowledge, experience in using lab equipment like spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, channel simulators, etc.
- Integration and hands-on experience integrating software and hardware in a lab, troubleshooting related issues.
- Ability to multitask and manage a variety of complex tasks.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Experience in Python, Matlab, C/C++, or equivalent programming languages.
