Responsibilities
- Conduct non-operational ground/flight activities, including GT, TT, FT, SIM, and equipment testing to maintain and enhance fleet serviceability.
- Carry out internal and external flight operations while adhering to commitments, including participation in national and international deployments.
- Ensure the maintenance of UAS operational currency to uphold OPS Department operational status.
- Perform miscellaneous operations tasks to support commitments, such as national and international static and flight demonstrations.
- Achieve the minimum specified Pilot-in-Command (PIC) requirements for career progression and broader employability.
- Generate and maintain an operational equipment status system to provide management with visibility of equipment status.
- Develop and provide input regarding local and standard operating procedures for risk mitigation, standardization, and adherence to aviation regulations and procedures.
- Carry out development-related ground and flight activities focused on UAS type enhancement.
