Senior UI/UX Designer

We are currently looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer for our UAE operations. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills, and you will be responsible for designing elegant and delightful product experiences as part of cross-functional Agile product teams.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in UI & UX
• Bachelor's degree in design or equivalent area
• Ability to communicate with different departments of a multi-national and dynamic organization
• Experience with design tools like Sketch, Adobe Suite, and Figma
• Experience with conducting user research, usability testing, A/B testing, and rapid prototyping
• Knowledge of the Agile software development process
• Knowledge of Design Systems is a plus

• Justify design decisions based on a thorough understanding of contemporary user-centered design methodologies.
• Thrive in a work environment that requires strong independent problem-solving skills, self-direction, and innovative thinking coupled with an aptitude and affinity for team collaboration and open communication.
• Clearly articulate design needs and key decisions to business stakeholders across markets and brands, collaborating closely with Product Leads and Product Managers.
• Research, identify, and articulate customer needs.
