Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end design efforts across multiple products and platforms.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive a design-first approach to product development.
- Champion user-centered design principles throughout the product lifecycle.
- Translate complex business requirements into user-friendly experiences.
- Establish, scale, and maintain comprehensive design systems.
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of design excellence.
- Oversee usability testing frameworks to translate user insights into design refinements.
- Present, defend, and iterate on design concepts with stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of emerging design trends and evaluate their relevance for Presight.
- Work in a diverse and multicultural environment.
- Comply with policies related to Quality Health Safety and Environment, Business Continuity, Information Security, and Governance.
Qualifications:
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sciences, Design, Arts, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 6–8 years of experience in UX/UI design, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering complex, high-impact digital products.
- Expert-level proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong experience with workflow tools like Axure RP, OmniGraffle, Keynote, and Visio.
- Expertise in creating and maintaining scalable design systems and UI pattern libraries.
- Excellent leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience mentoring or managing junior designers.
- Strong conceptual, strategic, and abstract thinking skills.
- High attention to detail with a track record of delivering high-quality outputs.
- Passion for creating impactful, human-centered experiences in data-driven or AI-powered applications.
