Requirements

4-6 years of experience in UI & UX
Bachelor’s degree in design or equivalent area
Ability to communicate with different departments of a multi-national and dynamic organization
Experience with design tools like Sketch, Adobe Suite, and Figma
Experience with conducting user research, usability testing, A/B testing, and rapid prototyping
Knowledge of the Agile software development process
Knowledge of Design Systems is a plus

Justify design decisions based on a thorough understanding of contemporary user-centered design methodologies.
Thrive in a work environment that requires strong independent problem-solving skills and innovative thinking while collaborating with team members.
Clearly articulate design needs and key decisions to business stakeholders across markets and brands while working closely with Product Leads and Product Managers.
Design elegant and delightful product experiences as part of cross-functional Agile product teams.
Research, identify, and articulate customer needs.
