Responsibilities
- Lead the UI/UX design process from concept through to final implementation.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to gather insights and understand user needs.
- Create user personas, journey maps, and other artifacts to guide the design process.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with technical requirements.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and usability testing results.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design and incorporate them into our design processes.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to the overall design team's growth and development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.
- Proven experience in the Airline & Aviation Industry is required.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Experience with user research methods and usability testing.
- Strong understanding of interaction design principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to articulate and justify design decisions.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment and lead design discussions.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
