Senior UI/UX Designer

We are looking for an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design of user interfaces and user experiences for our digital products. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive, cohesive, and engaging designs that meet user needs and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the UI/UX design process from concept through to final implementation.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to gather insights and understand user needs.
• Create user personas, journey maps, and other artifacts to guide the design process.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with technical requirements.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and usability testing results.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design and incorporate them into our design processes.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the overall design team's growth and development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.
• Proven experience in the Airline & Aviation Industry is required.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Experience with user research methods and usability testing.
• Strong understanding of interaction design principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to articulate and justify design decisions.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment and lead design discussions.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
