About the Job: As a Senior Unstructured Data Systems Engineer at Dell Technologies, you will provide essential pre-sales technical support to our field sales teams, defining comprehensive solutions that leverage our full range of products and services. You will play a crucial role in addressing the challenges posed by the rapid growth of unstructured data, which is increasing at 55-65% year over year and constitutes 90% of the world's data. This position involves working with one of the fastest-growing and most relevant solutions in the market, enabling AI and analytics workloads through UDS Scale-out solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture relationships with account teams, partners, and customers to support sales objectives.
- Strategize and execute technical sales calls.
- Utilize knowledge of competitive solutions to address customer objections effectively.
- Qualify sales opportunities based on customer technical requirements and decision-making processes.
- Support District Sales and Services Leadership Meetings.
- Deliver impactful presentations to prospective and existing customers at a specialist technical level.
- Share expertise through mentorship and enablement of junior employees.
Essential Requirements:
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
- Background in storage (presales or deployment) and understanding of unstructured data solutions (NAS and/or Object).
- Ability to present to executives while articulating business values and providing detailed technical insights.
- In-depth understanding of market trends, technologies, products, and services.
- 8 to 12 years of related experience in a relationship selling role.
Desirable Requirements:
- Advanced experience in consultative solution selling.
- Basic understanding of networking.
- Familiarity with AI/ML/DL workloads and ecosystems.
- Understanding of Big Data, Cloud, and Analytics environments.
- Bachelor’s degree.
