We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior User Researcher to lead research initiatives that drive product direction and enhance customer success. This role involves partnering with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, translating insights into actionable recommendations, and shaping the future of customer experiences. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methods, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence product strategy at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end research initiatives, conducting studies using qualitative and quantitative methods to inform product strategy and design decisions.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and business leaders to identify research needs and align findings with business objectives.
- Develop a deep understanding of B2B and B2C customer segments, user roles, workflows, and pain points across the buyer and user journey.
- Synthesize research findings into compelling stories and present insights to stakeholders through reports, workshops, and presentations.
- Translate user insights into clear recommendations that influence product development, roadmap shaping, and design improvements.
- Mentor designers and researchers, promoting best practices and scaling user research processes within the organization.
- Collaborate with analytics, sales, and customer success teams to validate findings with usage data and customer feedback.
- Maintain high standards of research rigor, ethics, and relevance.
What You’ll Bring:
- 8+ years of experience conducting user research in a product or design context, with a strong focus on B2B or enterprise products.
- Expertise in qualitative research methods and solid working knowledge of quantitative methods.
- Proven capability to influence product decisions and business outcomes through actionable research insights.
- Strong understanding of user behavior, complex workflows, and multi-stakeholder ecosystems.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills for technical and executive audiences.
- Proficiency with research tools such as Maze, UserTesting, Qualtrics, and Optimal Workshop.
- Experience in agile product development teams and fast-paced environments.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Sociology, Design, or a related field.
- Bonus: Experience with B2B SaaS platforms, real estate tools, or regulated industries.
Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
