As a Senior UX Copywriter at the company, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the language and communication experience of our B2B and B2C products. You will own the UX writing process from discovery to delivery, crafting clear, concise, and compelling copy that helps users achieve their goals while reinforcing the company brand voice. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll ensure that every word serves both user needs and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Leadership: Own the end-to-end UX writing process, including research, content design, copywriting, testing, and delivery.
  • User-Centered Copy: Create intuitive and inclusive microcopy that empowers users and translates complex workflows into simple language.
  • Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, researchers, engineers, and marketing teams to align product copy with business goals and brand voice.
  • Problem-Solving Through Language: Identify user pain points and refine messaging through research and data.
  • Content Strategy: Contribute to the broader UX content strategy ensuring terminology consistency across platforms.
  • Design System Guidelines: Define and maintain UX copywriting standards within the design system.
  • Uphold Brand Tone of Voice: Create copy that aligns with the brand persona and solidifies the leadership position of the company.
  • Iteration & Testing: Lead content iterations based on user testing, analytics, and feedback to validate clarity and usability.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience: 8+ years in UX writing, content design, or product copywriting.
  • Expertise in UX Writing: Mastery of interface writing including microcopy, onboarding flows, and calls-to-action.
  • Strong Portfolio: Showcasing brand positioning across various touchpoints with expected case studies.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to use language as a design tool to solve business and user challenges.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Excellent skills in facilitating discussions and influencing stakeholders.
  • Execution & Autonomy: Independent project leadership from concept to launch.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous with words, tone, and grammar.
  • Language Skills: Complete mastery of English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is a strong plus.
