We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a seamless and impactful user experience by conducting research, generating content, and designing web interfaces. This includes utilizing visual elements such as design, illustration, animation, and typography across various platforms, including social media and marketing materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end design from research and ideation to high-fidelity prototyping and launch, focusing on AI-powered features.
- Translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly interfaces.
- Evaluate and integrate AI tools to enhance workflows while being mindful of bias, ethics, and factual accuracy.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems and pattern libraries for consistency across AI experiences.
- Conduct user research (interviews, usability testing) focused on AI-related interactions, synthesizing insights into actionable design decisions.
- Mentor junior designers and cultivate the design culture with strategic thinking and business alignment.
- Ensure accessibility, inclusive design, and ethical standards are integrated into every product experience.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably from a leading creative agency.
- 5+ years of product design experience, particularly with AI-enhanced or data-rich products.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- A portfolio showcasing strong UX, visual, and interaction design, especially in AI contexts.
- Proficiency with design tools and management of design systems (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Strong systems thinking, understanding of business metrics, and strategic design alignment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present design rationale to diverse stakeholders.
