We seek a Freelance Senior UX Designer to join our Customer Experience (CX) team and play a key role in driving design efforts for our digital products. Reporting to the Head of Customer Experience, you will collaborate with designers, developers, copywriters, and business stakeholders to create and deliver compelling digital experiences for our clients’ customers across multiple accounts.

Work Conditions:
- Type: Contract (3 months+ with potential extension)
- On-site role (daily travel to the office required)
- Normal working hours: 9 AM to 6 PM
- Hybrid approach with teams in the office an average of four days a week
This role is focused on research, strategy, and the definition of experiences, requiring substantial engagement with tools such as Miro, Word, Excel, and Figma. Your portfolio should reflect a blend of these skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end solutions, demonstrating a strong portfolio of sketches, maps, diagrams, journey maps, and wireframes.
- Develop information architecture flows, user personas, and customer journey maps.
- Lead large scale projects collaboratively and facilitate UX-focused workshops.
- Keep abreast of current trends and emerging technologies in UX.
- Balance work across multiple projects effectively.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of five years of agency experience with a strong portfolio.
- Proven expertise in designing multi-channel digital experiences.
- Experience with experimentation and A/B testing projects.
- Previous mentorship of junior UX colleagues is preferred.
- Understanding of user research methods and omnichannel experience mapping is a bonus.
- Possession of a valid visa to work in the UAE is essential.

- Proficiency in English; additional languages may be advantageous but are not specified.
