This is a strategic and insight-driven role that does not involve visual design responsibilities. It requires a deep understanding of user needs, with the ability to translate findings into actionable experience optimizations.
Key Responsibilities:

User Research and Testing:
- Plan and execute moderated user testing sessions and other qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Translate research findings into actionable recommendations to improve customer experiences.
- Identify friction points in user journeys and propose strategic solutions.

Experience Definition:
- Use insights from research to define user journeys and low-fidelity prototypes that optimize customer experiences.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business objectives with proposed UX solutions.

Data Analysis and Experimentation:
- Analyze behavioral data using UX analytics tools and support A/B testing efforts.

Continuous Improvement:
- Follow a cyclical process of research, definition, testing, and optimization to enhance user experiences.
- Present findings and advocate for a customer-centered approach to UX design.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience on large-scale digital projects involving user research and UX strategy.
- Proven ability to translate user insights into actionable recommendations.
- Familiarity with tools like Axure for wireframing or journey definition is advantageous.
- Experience in financial services or complex, multi-stakeholder projects is essential.
