Key Responsibilities:

User Research and Testing:
- Plan and execute moderated user testing sessions and other qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Translate research findings into clear, actionable recommendations for improving customer experiences.
- Identify friction points in key user journeys and propose strategic solutions.

Experience Definition:
- Leverage insights from research to define user journeys, wireframes, and low-fidelity prototypes.
- Develop strategic recommendations for ideal-state user journeys for key banking products.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and proposed UX solutions.

Data Analysis and Experimentation:
- Analyze behavioral data using UX analytics tools to inform iterative improvements.
- Support A/B testing workstreams, ensuring research insights guide test strategies and hypotheses.

Continuous Improvement:
- Follow a cyclical process of research, definition, testing, and optimization.
- Advocate for a customer-centered approach when presenting findings and solutions to stakeholders.
Essential Requirements:
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in defining and improving user experiences through large-scale digital projects.
- Proven ability to translate user insights into actionable recommendations, including wireframes and user journeys.
- Strong balance of research and practical UX design thinking.
- Familiarity with tools like Axure for prototyping is a plus.
- Experience in financial services or complex, multi-stakeholder environments is essential.
