We are looking for a seasoned Senior UX Researcher to join our growing product organization in Dubai. This foundational role will allow you to be the first dedicated UXR in the company, directly impacting how we understand and serve our users across a fast-scaling B2B SaaS platform.

As the voice of the customer, you'll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to shape strategy, uncover insights, and build delightful, data-informed user experiences. You'll lead research initiatives and establish our user research practice from the ground up.
Responsibilities:
- Advocate for the customer across the organization, bringing clarity and empathy to product decisions.
- Design and lead research studies using appropriate methodologies from discovery to usability testing.
- Collaborate with PMs and designers to frame questions, plan research, recruit users, and synthesize findings into compelling insights.
- Set up and maintain scalable UXR operations, including research libraries, tooling, and documentation.
- Coach teams in research practices and facilitate closer customer connections.
- Conduct competitive and market research to inform product direction.
- Lead Voice of the Customer initiatives such as surveys and customer panels.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS or higher in HCI, Psychology, Cognitive Science, Design, Anthropology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong theoretical and hands-on experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Proficient in remote research tools (e.g., UserTesting, Dscout, UserZoom, Qualtrics); familiarity with R or SPSS is a plus.
- Experience in B2B, complex platforms, or EdTech environments is a plus.
- Skilled in managing and synthesizing large volumes of qualitative and quantitative data.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills; familiarity with design tools like Figma is a bonus.
