Senior UX Researcher

As a Senior UX Researcher, you will help bring the voice of drivers and customers into product decisions. You’ll work closely with product, design, and data teams to generate insights that improve the overall mobility experience. This is a key role in building a strong research practice and establishing continuous feedback loops with our users.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research (interviews, field studies, surveys, usability testing)
• Build and manage a panel of drivers and riders for continuous feedback
• Translate research findings into clear, actionable insights
• Partner with product managers and designers during discovery and validation phases
• Identify key user pain points and opportunities across the driver and rider journey
• Support product decisions with data-driven insights and research findings
• Contribute to building research processes, documentation, and knowledge sharing

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in UX Research or a related field
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Strong experience in qualitative research and user interviews
• Good understanding of quantitative research methods, including surveys and data analysis
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to cross-functional teams
• Experience working closely with product and design teams
• Experience presenting or collaborating with leadership, operations, data, and customer support teams
• Experience in mobility, ride-hailing, travel, or marketplace products
• Experience conducting field research with operational users (e.g., drivers, couriers)
• Familiarity with analytics tools and behavioral data
