About The Role
As a Senior UX Writer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the product experience and ensuring clarity, consistency, and empathy in communication, specifically in Arabic. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with PMs, designers, researchers, engineers, and the growth team in a creative environment.
- Enhancing user experience through content, knowing when to infuse personality and when to maintain simplicity.
- Refining craft and processes to shape cross-disciplinary teamwork and deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Setting a cohesive vision for content and creating guidelines for voice and tone.
- Managing multiple projects, including concept development, content strategy, and transitioning from prototypes to final execution.
- Providing feedback on design and copy while advocating for user needs and aligning with business goals.
- Engaging in user research to refine copy based on insights.
- Contributing to additional content like release notes, internal blogs, and product documentation.
- Ensuring consistency in tone and voice with brand and product across all communication.
- Improving conversions and key metrics through A/B testing and iterative copy updates.
Your Expertise
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience in establishing and scaling UX Writing or Content Strategy practices.
- Strong writing, editing, and project management skills, with a background in creative, technical, or product writing.
- An understanding of Saudi culture and the ability to handle multiple projects while collaborating with various teams, including remote workers.
- Experience in localizing and translating content into different languages.
- A solid understanding of UX and UX research practices is beneficial.
- Experience in English language content is a plus.
