About the Role
We are seeking a Sr. UX/UI Designer to help shape the experience of our innovative AI-powered contact center platform. This role involves designing intuitive and engaging user experiences across various applications, from dashboards and agent configurations to the daily workspace utilized by contact center teams. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams to transform complex AI capabilities into accessible, user-friendly designs. Utilizing Figma, you will contribute to our design system, collaborate with frontend engineers, and ensure that designs are executed beautifully in production.

What You'll Do
- Design user experiences and interfaces across web applications.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs in Figma.
- Design dashboards, analytics, admin tools, and data-heavy interfaces.
- Create responsive layouts suitable for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
- Contribute to and maintain our design system, including components, states, variables, and design tokens.
- Work closely with frontend engineers to ensure accurate design implementation.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and design validation.
- Design empty, loading, success, error, and edge-case states.
- Prioritize accessibility, keyboard navigation, contrast, and usability throughout the design process.
- Review production implementations and continuously improve the overall product experience.
Who You Are
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design.
- A portfolio demonstrating real digital product work.
- Strong practical knowledge of Figma.
- Deep understanding of UX principles, information architecture, user flows, and interaction design.
- Strong visual design skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Comfortable designing complex interfaces beyond marketing websites.
- Experience in designing dashboards, SaaS products, admin tools, or productivity-focused applications is a plus.
- Able to think systematically and create reusable design patterns.
- Comfortable collaborating with product managers and engineers.
- Understanding of responsive design and modern web interfaces.
- Familiar with accessibility fundamentals.
- Able to communicate design decisions clearly and confidently.
- Self-directed, curious, and comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, with experience designing RTL & LTR interfaces when needed.
- Based in Riyadh or able to work remotely with strong overlap with GMT+3.
