Senior UX/UI Designer

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the UX/UI design process from concept to execution.
• Develop informational architecture flows, create user personas, customer journey maps, and other UX documentation.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Create comprehensive design systems, reusable component libraries, and nested component architectures.
• Collaborate closely with development teams for seamless integration of design components.
• Present and defend designs to peers and executive level stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX research methodologies and tools.
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous work experience and design projects.
• Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first design.
