Senior UX/UI Designer

As a Senior UX/UI Designer at Presight, you will take a leadership role in shaping the design vision, strategy, and execution of next-generation applications across desktop, web, and mobile platforms. You will be entrusted with leading design initiatives, guiding multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring that product experiences are not only functional but also inspiring. Your role goes beyond execution—you will be responsible for mentoring designers, establishing scalable design systems, and advocating for user experience excellence at the organizational level.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design efforts, from discovery and ideation through prototyping and delivery, across multiple products and platforms.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders including product leadership, engineering leads, and business partners to drive a design-first approach to product development.
• Translate complex business requirements into user-friendly experiences, crafting wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and interactive flows.
• Establish, scale, and maintain comprehensive design systems that ensure consistency and scalability across product lines.
• Mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence, creativity, and continuous improvement.
• Stay ahead of emerging trends, tools, and interaction paradigms in design and evaluate their relevance for Presight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sciences, Design, Arts, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6–8 years of experience in UX/UI design, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
• Expert-level proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Demonstrated expertise in creating and maintaining scalable design systems and UI pattern libraries.
• Excellent leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior levels.
