Senior UX/UI Designer

About the Role
The company is seeking Senior UX/UI Designers to create user-focused digital experiences and deliver high-quality UX/UI solutions across various digital platforms. In this role, you will leverage your design expertise to enhance user interactions and create effective digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Create user-centric digital experiences that meet business and user needs.
• Conduct UX research and user journey mapping to inform design decisions.
• Develop wireframes, user flows, storyboards, site maps, and interactive prototypes.
• Translate business and user requirements into effective UX/UI solutions.
• Support and conduct usability testing and A/B testing on digital interfaces.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, development teams, and other internal/external stakeholders to ensure alignment on UX/UI goals.
• Maintain strong knowledge of UI components, including navigation menus, search interfaces, tabs, CTAs, banners, and other interactive elements.
• Utilize Figma and other relevant UX/UI design tools to create high-quality designs.
• Apply understanding of responsive web and mobile design principles in all work.
• Analyze user behavior and employ UX research methodologies to improve designs.
• Ensure a high level of attention to detail and strong visual design skills in all deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience in UX/UI Design.
• Strong experience in UX research, user journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Proven ability to create wireframes, user flows, storyboards, site maps, and interactive prototypes.
• Proficiency with Figma and other relevant UX/UI design tools.
• Deep understanding of responsive web and mobile design principles.
• Strong professional portfolio demonstrating effective UX/UI solutions.
