Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the company’s enterprise transformation strategy aligned with business priorities.
- Drive large-scale transformation initiatives across banking, operations, risk, finance, compliance, and support functions.
- Champion operational excellence through process simplification, Lean methodologies, automation, and AI-driven solutions.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve productivity, scalability, cost efficiency, and customer outcomes.
- Establish transformation governance, performance metrics, and value realization frameworks.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to lead change management and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure transformation initiatives meet regulatory, risk, and governance requirements.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, Consulting, or Enterprise Transformation.
- Proven success leading large-scale transformation and operational excellence programs.
- Strong expertise in process reengineering, digital transformation, automation, AI, and continuous improvement.
- Deep understanding of banking operations, risk, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
