The company’s Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) is a market-leading provider of cash management, cards, and trade solutions globally. With a network spanning over 90 countries, TTS delivers integrated reporting and management to meet clients' treasury requirements and unlock growth opportunities.
Responsibilities include:
- Assessing the effectiveness of existing controls and implementing improvements.
- Driving controls enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce risks.
- Supporting oversight of the MCA program, including quality oversight and related reporting.
- Managing the development and implementation of standardized risk and controls reporting.
- Supporting the company's governance committees by coordinating meetings and managing agendas.
- Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies while overseeing team activities.
What We’ll Need From You:
- 10+ years of experience in operational risk management, compliance, audit, or control-related functions within the financial services industry.
- Expertise in control-related functions and risk management.
- Ability to develop and implement process improvement initiatives.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with excellent analytical capabilities.
- Exceptional communication skills to engage with senior management and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's/University degree; a master’s degree is preferred.
