Responsibilities:
- Perform client acquisition and strong relationship management with a portfolio of global VIP clients.
- Build rapport by enhancing and expanding relationships with existing clients through frequent and sustained communication.
- Build key customer service processes and systems, formulate management rules, and track the status of key customers.
- Analyze client behavior, identify unspoken needs, and prepare key customer analysis reports.
- Liaise with various stakeholders from different departments to provide optimal service solutions and experience.
Qualifications:
- Experience with a client portfolio that includes institutional clients, high net-worth individuals, private bank customers with brokers, futures institutions, or commercial banks.
- Experience working in trading platforms or exchanges is highly advantageous.
- Prior working experience in sales and client services functions with an international financial background in banking, investments, etc. is preferred.
- Strong communication and written skills are essential.
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines while maintaining good multi-tasking skills.
- Demonstrates enthusiasm for the rapidly evolving crypto industry and stays up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations.
