Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation of essential web experiences and marketing pages.
- Collaborate with designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers to create delightful user experiences.
- Balance business objectives, customer needs, and technical constraints to achieve data-informed outcomes.
- Take concepts from research through prototypes to production.

- Account for all details and contribute to the definition of design systems.

Skills Required:
- A strong portfolio showcasing your design quality and optimization skills.
- Technical design insight, including familiarity with HTML and CSS; knowledge of React and JSON is a plus.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles for consumer-facing websites.
- Ability to structure and organize web content for intuitive navigation.
- Adherence to W3C standards for accessibility and usability.
