Senior Web Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation of essential web experiences and marketing pages.
• Collaborate with designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers to create delightful user experiences.
• Balance business objectives, customer needs, and technical constraints to achieve data-informed outcomes.
• Take concepts from research through prototypes to production.
• Actively participate in design reviews, providing and seeking meaningful feedback.
• Account for all details and contribute to the definition of design systems.
• Utilize data to drive brand strategy and product growth.

Skills Required:

• A strong portfolio showcasing your design quality and optimization skills.
• Technical design insight, including familiarity with HTML and CSS; knowledge of React and JSON is a plus.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles for consumer-facing websites.
• Ability to structure and organize web content for intuitive navigation.
• Adherence to W3C standards for accessibility and usability.
• A collaborative spirit with a focus on continuous learning.

Language Requirements:
