We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer for our Web Engineering team to promote best practices and lead technical discussions. The role involves owning the development of large projects, mentoring team members, and driving engineering processes while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Identifying and improving team initiatives
- Designing and implementing well-tested and documented software
- Debugging and addressing user issues
- Leading engineering processes through code and architectural reviews
- Contributing to technical documentation
What We Are Looking For:
- An exceptional academic record and a degree in Computer Science or a related STEM field
- Strong soft skills, with a passion for technology and self-motivation
- Experience with Linux (Debian or Ubuntu preferred)
- Proficiency in professional written and spoken English
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to integrate modern technical approaches and conduct comprehensive code reviews
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Familiarity with container technologies (LXD, Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience in REST API design and governance
- Knowledge of performance engineering and security
Compensation and Benefits:

- Full-time
- Remote work with the requirement to travel twice a year for company events for up to two weeks
