Your challenges
- Design and develop responsive, high-quality websites using Webflow, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and performance optimisation.
- Convert Figma designs into fully functional Webflow websites, maintaining accuracy to the original design while also providing optimal user experience.
- Manage and execute all phases of the web development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with the design team to refine web designs and ensure technical feasibility.
- Utilise Webflow’s CMS capabilities to create dynamic, easy-to-manage websites.
- Implement custom code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) as needed to extend Webflow’s native capabilities.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members, helping to elevate the team’s overall Webflow expertise.
- Stay updated with the latest web design and development trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve our workflows and outputs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in web design and development, with a strong portfolio of live Webflow projects.
- Experience with Enterprise Webflow accounts.
- University degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Webflow certification, with a solid understanding of Webflow’s capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
- Experience working with Relume and Finsweet.
- Proficiency in Figma for web design, with the ability to translate designs into functional Webflow sites accurately.
- Strong understanding of responsive design, HTML, CSS, and proficiency in JavaScript.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to address challenges creatively and efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, capable of working collaboratively across teams and with clients to bring visions to life.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality, error-free work.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
