What You’ll Be Doing:
- Expert Technical Delivery: Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, validation, and optimization of advanced Cisco wireless solutions.
- High-Density Leadership: Serve as the technical lead for deployments in stadiums, arenas, airports, and other large-scale, high-density venues.
- Advanced RF Surveying: Conduct predictive, pre-deployment, and post-deployment RF surveys using industry-leading tools.
- Complex Issue Resolution: Use lab-based simulation to replicate, diagnose, and resolve complex technical and compatibility issues.
- Technical Advisory: Translate business requirements into high-performance architectures for presales and delivery teams.
- Knowledge Transfer: Produce high-quality documentation and deliver expert-level guidance to customer engineering teams.
- Outcome-Driven Execution: Ensure all technical work aligns with customer business outcomes and project milestones.
What You Bring:
- Deep Cisco Wireless Expertise: Hands-on mastery of Cisco’s wireless portfolio, Wi-Fi standards, and RF theory.
- High-Density Deployment Experience: Proven success designing and optimizing wireless in large-scale, high-density environments.
- Tool Mastery: Expert proficiency with Ekahau, NetAlly, or similar wireless design/survey platforms.
- Consultative Presence: Ability to operate as a trusted Subject Matter Expert (SME) in customer-facing environments, delivering under pressure.
- Analytical Strength: Strong capability in lab simulation, troubleshooting, and validating complex configurations.
- Independent Delivery: Able to operate autonomously and add value from day one.
